Control de Gastos Pro permite registrar gastos personales o empresariales y, de forma opcional, adjuntar una imagen de ticket y sincronizar cada registro con una hoja de cálculo de Google del propio usuario.
Datos que se tratan
La aplicación guarda en el dispositivo los datos que el usuario captura: tipo de gasto, concepto, importe, moneda, fecha, categoría, detalle, método de pago e imagen de ticket opcional. El usuario selecciona una imagen o abre la cámara de forma explícita mediante los selectores del sistema.
Sincronización opcional con Google
La conexión con Google Sheets es voluntaria. Al activarla, la aplicación usa el permiso drive.file para crear y actualizar únicamente los archivos de Google Drive que crea o abre mediante Control de Gastos Pro. Cada gasto nuevo se añade a la hoja del usuario. Si se adjunta un ticket, la imagen se sube al Google Drive del usuario y su enlace se guarda en la columna Ticket.
La aplicación no puede ver, modificar ni borrar el resto de los archivos de Google Drive del usuario.
Compra Premium
El registro manual de gastos es gratuito. Las imágenes de ticket y la conexión con Google Sheets forman parte de Premium. La aplicación ofrece una prueba completa de 20 días y, posteriormente, una compra única. El pago se procesa exclusivamente mediante Google Play. Control de Gastos Pro no recibe ni almacena números de tarjeta, información bancaria ni credenciales de pago.
Uso y divulgación
Los datos se usan exclusivamente para registrar gastos, mostrar el historial, exportar CSV y realizar la sincronización solicitada por el usuario. No se venden, no se usan para publicidad ni seguimiento, y no se comparten con terceros distintos de los servicios de Google elegidos por el usuario.
Conservación, eliminación y seguridad
Los datos locales permanecen en el dispositivo hasta que el usuario use “Limpiar registros”, borre los datos de la aplicación o la desinstale. Los registros sincronizados y las imágenes permanecen en la cuenta de Google del usuario hasta que este los elimine de Google Sheets o Google Drive. El acceso de Google puede revocarse desde la configuración de aplicaciones de terceros de la Cuenta de Google. La comunicación con Google usa conexiones cifradas HTTPS.

Expense Control Pro lets users record personal or business expenses and optionally attach a receipt image and sync each record to the user's own Google spreadsheet.
Data handled
The app stores information entered by the user on the device: expense type, description, amount, currency, date, category, detail, payment method, and an optional receipt image. The user explicitly selects an image or opens the camera through Android's system pickers.
Optional Google synchronization
Connecting Google Sheets is voluntary. When enabled, the app uses the drive.file permission to create and update only the Google Drive files created or opened through Expense Control Pro. Each new expense is added to the user's spreadsheet. If a receipt is attached, its image is uploaded to the user's Google Drive and its link is stored in the Ticket column.
The app cannot view, modify, or delete the user's other Google Drive files.
Premium purchase
Manual expense entry is free. Receipt images and Google Sheets integration are Premium features. The app provides a full 20-day trial followed by an optional one-time purchase processed exclusively by Google Play. Expense Control Pro does not receive or store card numbers, banking details, or payment credentials.
Use and disclosure
Data is used only to record expenses, display history, export CSV, and perform synchronization requested by the user. It is not sold, used for advertising or tracking, or shared with third parties other than the Google services selected by the user.
Retention, deletion, and security
Local data remains on the device until the user selects “Clear records,” clears the app's data, or uninstalls it. Synchronized records and receipt images remain in the user's Google account until deleted from Google Sheets or Google Drive. Google access can be revoked from the third-party apps settings in the user's Google Account. Communication with Google uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
